		<description>That lesson plan is a great idea. I really like the open discussion students are allowed to help bring their stresses to the surface. Although I teach elementary school, I think this lesson could be adapted and implemented in a younger classroom setting. This plan could also be condensed and used at a beginning of the year introductory meeting for teachers. I know that I would benefit from this kind of exercise.</description>
